• Mobile phone number — used to create your account and verify it via SMS one-time passcode.
• Optional email address — used only for transactional receipts and shipping notifications.
• Gift and order details — recipient name and contact, items selected, shipping address, and order history.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Mobile information and SMS messaging

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate the Service — specifically, to send you account verification codes and transactional notifications related to your gifts.

Message frequency: You will receive SMS messages on-demand when you sign in or take an action that requires verification (typically 1–4 messages per login or transaction). We do not send recurring marketing SMS.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages you receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by deleting your account. Reply HELP for help. For support, reach us through our support form.

How we use information

• Authenticate your account and secure access.
• Process gift orders, exchanges, and shipments.
• Send transactional notifications (e.g., gift alerts, thank-you delivery, shipping updates).
